Email Connections is an email marketing service capable of sending large numbers of emails for our clients. We are not a spam marketing service. We customize your need to connect with your clients with our email communications services.

To begin, you simply start collecting names and email addresses from your customers, clients or patients. If you have a website, a Web form can be added to your site for your customers to “opt in” to your newsletter. If you do not have a website, you can do this with a sign up sheet at your business.

The names and addresses will need to be typed into a simple list. You type or we type, whichever you prefer.

When you want to send a message, Email Connections goes to work for you. We use your words or help you write a message, if you wish. We then create a newsletter or message to send.

When the list is created, we import it into our system and create both an HTML and text version of the communication. When the email is sent, it allows each email program to open the appropriate version.

The emails are sent one at a time and should bypass most spam filters. The message will arrive from your email address, as if you sent it from your computer.
